These paneer cheese balls will be your kids favourite. Easy to make, quick, delicious and filling.

Makes around 10-12 balls
2 boiled potatoes
1 medium sized onion
1 cup paneer grated
2 green chillies
3 cubes cheese
Salt to taste
Little black pepper powder
Oil for frying
Saute onion and chilli in a little oil.
In a bowl, mash potato, add paneer, breadcrumbs, onion and chilli, add salt, pepper, little chaat masala, oregano, and mix well and make a dough.
Make balls and press it flat. Put a piece of cheese in the centre and cover it up with potato paneer mixture and make a ball.
Fry the balls till golden brown.
Serve with some homemade schezwan/salsa/ketchup.
