How I made it?
PREPARATION TIME-20 mints
MAKING TIME-5 mints
For the filling-
1) WHITE CHEESY SAUCE-
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp maida
1 cup milk at room temperature
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper as per taste.
Heat butter in a pan, add maid a to it and mix properly. Now pour milk and constantly keep stirring to make sure no lumps r formed. Once smooth consistency then add 2 cups cheese and keep stirring. Add salt and pepper for taste. Cook it for 5-7 mints on low flame.
If it gets too thick add little more milk. Make it pouting consistency to use as a sauce for ur sandwich.
1 large potato par boiled and peeled and cut into fries
1 tbsp olive oil
Put the par boiled and chopped fries in a bowl. Pour in 1 tbsp olive oil and some salt.
Leave it aside for 15 mints and then put it into air fryer at 200° for 10-15 mints.
Cut par boiled potatoes into fries and deep fry them and marinate with very little salt.
3) 1 Tomato sliced
4) 5 Olives sliced
5) 1 onion sliced
6) tomato ketchup
7) chilli or mustard sauce whatever u prefer
9) oregano, salt and pepper.
Take a huge 12 inch bread. Toast it till little crispy. Apply butter, ketchup, mustard/chilli sauce. Load it with tomatoes, onions, Olives, loads of fries and drizzle it heavily with the cheese sauce and add salt, pepper and oregano to it.
Now just bite into this drooling sandwich and let the carbs settle in 😉
