Hello lovelies!! As promised yest I’m sharing the recipe for this quick healthy salad. Try it out today for snacking. I’m sure you’d love it!!
PREPARATION TIME-5 mints.
1/2 carrot peeled and diced and cut into chunks
1/2 cucumber peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 apple cut into chunks
1/2 capsicum cut into chunks
1 tomato cut into chunks
Salt
Pepper
Lemon
Little cheese to sprinkle on top
Some baked barbecue flavoured nacho chips to crush and sprinkle on top for that crunch
Put all the veggies in a bowl, add salt pepper and lemon as per your taste. Mix it well.
Sprinkle some cheese and crushed chips on top and you are ready to go.
Tip-for a healthier option you can switch the chips with some crushed walnuts instead.
