Some kutchi beer anyone???

Buttermilk- known as chaas in Gujarati, taak or tak in marathi, mattha in North India, mor in Tamil or mooru in Malayalam is a yoghurt based drink popular across India. Also referred to as kutchi beer at times. It’s a drink which ull definitely come across in all gujju households for lunch. It’s preparation may vary from person to person or state to state but it comes with lot of health benefits. Let’s take a look at those before checking out the recipe.

Health benefits-

MY RECIPE FOR MAKING THIS ELIXIR

1 bowl yoghurt

2 glasses water

Salt to taste

Jeera powder (cumin seeds roasted and powdered)

Coriander leaves

Mix all the ingredients together and blend it with a hand blender and it’s ready to consume.

It’s specially good during summers to fight the summer heat. Try it out!!
