MY RECIPE FOR MAKING THIS ELIXIR
1 bowl yoghurt
2 glasses water
Salt to taste
Jeera powder (cumin seeds roasted and powdered)
Mix all the ingredients together and blend it with a hand blender and it’s ready to consume.
