Here are 3 quick juice recipes which are refreshing, healthy and tasty!
1) RED- take one each of tomato, Apple, carrot and orange. Wash and cut into big chunks and put it in a juicer and your power punch is ready.
2)GREEN- take a bunch of Palak wash it thoroughly and put into blender, add one tomato and a small piece of ginger. Blend it. Seive it. Add some lemon, salt n pepper and have it. It’s tasty and rich in iron and vitamin.
3)WINTER FAVOURITE- This I make from the time the avla/amla season starts till the end of it. It’s compulsory for all my family members to drink it everyday. It’s healthy and very good for skin, beautiful hair and eyes.
4 amla cut into big chunks, 1 piece of ginger, some fresh tulsi leaves washed. Add all these in a juicer. Once the juice is ready just add 1 tbsp honey to it pour it in a shot glass and consume that quantity. It’s packed with goodness and perfect for winters to keep cold, cough and diseases away.
